We offer FREE returns & exchanges that are easy and hassle-free. If the fit isn't quite right or the color not to your liking, please return or exchange your purchase. We want you to LOVE your Kaidel Sportswear top!
We include a prepaid return U.S. Postal Service shipping label with every order. If you need to return your jersey(s) to us, simply put the label on your package (you can reuse the pouch it came in if it's still intact) and drop it in any USPS mailbox.  It's that simple!
Wrong size?
No worries, you can still be out riding or running in it this weekend in the right size! 
To quickly get the right size, we suggest: 1) Place a new order for the size you need; 2) Use the prepaid return label to ship back the product you want to exchange. We'll issue a credit card refund for this order once we receive it.
Instructions:
Mail the item(s) back to us in the included prepaid USPS shipping pouch. It's free and can go out with the US Mail.
        Include:
            1.       The item(s) and its original packaging
            2.       Your Packing Slip   
            3.       Your name, address, email, and phone (if not on the packing slip)
            4.       Reason for the return so we may continue to improve our products.
            5.       Whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If exchange, indicate which item and size you would like

Return policy
Items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund unless defective.
If you purchased from a Kaidel reseller, please return the item to the reseller.
Details:

·         Allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card

·         Returned items must be in saleable condition. Kaidel Sportswear reserves the right to deny refund or exchange for items which are no longer in saleable condition.

·         Any item(s) returned after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are defective.
