Bike to Work Month is a great kick off to the summer riding and running season. Our evenings last a bit longer, temps are slowly warming up and we're all eager to head outside.

Summer also means we get a chance to meet many of you in person at local events. We'll have a booth at the following events this summer. Please stop by, chat and check out our latest styles.

Group Health Seattle to Portland STP Bicycle Classic

Finish Line Festival

Glancing through various event calendars, I see several other fun events for various levels. Here are a few in the coming weeks that caught my eye:

Fun runs: How about the Fremont 5k & Briefcase Relay on Friday night, June 7th? Or perhaps the Father's Day Saturday Run on June 15 at Magnuson Park?

Half-Marathon: If you've decided to pass on the Seattle Rock n Roll Marathon, why not shoot up to Vancouver, BC for the Vancouver Half Marathon on Sunday June 23?

Cycling: How about the Flying Wheels Summery Century on Saturday, June 8th? Starts at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA

Cycle Tour Vacations: If you're realizing Summer 2013 is the perfect time to head out on a cycling vacation that you've failed to plan, looks like Bicycle Adventures has some good options including San Juans, Leavenworth, Hood River, and ultimate ride spots like Bryce/Zion and Hawaii. Hope everyone gets a chance to start summer off right by participating in one of these fun events or heading out on your own favorite route!
